Perlage: Fine and persistent
Bouquet: Intense and elegant with hints of wisteria, acacia and Williams pear
Flavour:  Round, intense and well balanced

Residual sugar: 17 gr/lt.

Gastronomic combinations: Excellent as aperitif and or accompany and meal
