An experience designed to discover Valdobbiadene through our wines, our family history and the flavours of the local area, with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses paired with the wines.
The experience includes:
- Discovering the land and identity of Valdobbiadene Docg
- Tasting of 4 Varaschin wines paired with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses
- Visit to the historic Cella Vinaria
Premium tasting
€ 90,00 per person. Minimum duration: 3 hours.
An immersive experience designed to discover Valdobbiadene through its vineyards, our wines and our family history. From vineyard to winery, we will guide you through the land and the story of how Valdobbiadene DOCG is made, before concluding the experience at Casa Brunoro with a wine tasting and local flavours.
The experience includes:
- Visit to one of our family vineyards
- Visit to our winery and an introduction to the Martinotti Method
- 2 wine tastings directly from the autoclave
